News of the PoD?

Great news that Pubs of Distinction, the individual embryo chain that brought you The Old Red Cow in Smithfield and started out with my London local the Dean Swift in Shad Thames near Tower Bridge may be moving into my old stomping ground, Fleet Street, or rather just off it. The rumour is that Phil Strongman and his crew are revamping the old Coach and Horses on Whitefriars Street. It has been a fine old boozer for many years and indeed if the wall could talk, there would be few that could tell more stories, not least because it was famously the watering hole favoured by the hacks from the News of the World and The Sun when both were located just around the corner. Let's hop all the news from the 'Coach' from now on will be good!
