Hooked again

Hook Norton Brewery launch new livery in London tonight, at Lime Street Bar, 22 Fenchurch Street. Also their strong, nutty Diamond (yet another Jubilee beer). Looking forward to the event, though not certain how much rebranding adds to the image of a fine regional family brewer. Surely the beer speaks for itself.
Also, tried Windsor and Eton's Jubilee effort - Kohinoor (haha!) - at Dean Swift last night. Fine hoppy brew. Almost cutting edge (ouch!0

Dean of Divinity

Looking forward to Tuesday's tutored beer tasting at The Dean Swift, my London local, where beer sommelier (if you please) Rick Brown will be hosting a host of aficionados to try as many beer styles as possible. This is precisely the sort of event needed nowadays to get more people to understand and appreciate the art of craft brewing. And the Dean is one of the best places to sample the best craft brews. Tuesday's event kicks off at 7.00pm. Treat your taste buds!
